Once an online, written, or verbal booking has been accepted by Courtyard Natural Healing by Nichola, you have entered into a mutual agreement to receive a healing session, course of sessions, or other service described below. Each appointment is a sacred time reserved just for you, prepared with care and intention.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside our Booking and Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, which cover booking, payment, cancellation, and data-handling matters in more detail. Where a topic is covered more fully in one of those documents, this is noted below.

BOOKING, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

Full details of deposits, payment methods, cancellations, rescheduling, and late/early arrival are set out in our Booking and Cancellation Policy, (see separate policy for details).

SCOPE OF PRACTICE AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Courtyard Natural Healing offers Reiki as a standalone healing modality. Crystal-infused Reiki and sound-infused Reiki are offered as part of a combined Reiki session to enhance relaxation and energetic balance.

Sound bath meditation may also be offered as a standalone relaxation experience. ThetaHealing® is offered as a standalone modality focused on meditative belief-work and emotional wellbeing.

All services provided are complementary wellbeing practices and are not medical treatments. Practitioners do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or provide medical or psychological intervention. Further detail on this, and on health conditions requiring additional care, is set out in our Disclaimer. (please see separate policy for details).

By booking and attending a session, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing during and after the session.

PRICES

Reiki, crystal or sound meditation healing sessions and the prices listed, are subject to change without prior notification but I will always endeavour to advise my clients well in advance of any future price increases and will honour any bookings made prior to any increase.

CHILDREN

Children under the age of 16 are welcome if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who will be asked to give their signed consent. They will also be asked to remain present for the duration of the appointment time.  Appointment times will be 30 minutes duration for children and a 20% discount will be applied. 

PERSONAL AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION

How we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information — including the circumstances in which we may be legally required to share information with authorities — is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.

REFUSING TO TREAT

I have the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment at any point. Circumstances where this may apply include, but are not limited to: -  The Client being under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.  The Client behaving in an inappropriate or offensive manner.  The Client is unwell.   

PERSONALISED MANIFESTATION MEDITATION

Personalised Manifestation Meditation is a separate paid product with its own contract terms, including payment, intake, delivery timescale, and cancellation. These are set out in full in our separate Personalised Manifestation Meditation — Terms of Service.

GUARANTEES

There are no guarantees of a specific outcome or cure from any session. Full detail on the nature of Reiki and complementary therapies, the healing process, and guidance on outcomes is set out in our Disclaimer. (see separate Policy).
