“Wow! I am over the moon to have found this wonderful caring lady who has been guided to heal others.
I had my first Reiki session a few weeks ago and I immediately had a lighter mood and a clearer mind.
Today, I had a further Reiki session and I really can feel such lightness in my heart. Having Reiki is so personal to you, everyone will have different experiences and feelings during the session, for me I see colours and images, some which evoke a lot of emotion and it is good to embrace it whether happy, sad, negative or positive. Nichola provides a safe space to which to do this.

“I had my first reiki experience at Courtyard Natural Healing prior to running a half marathon. I had been struggling with shin splints for 12 weeks before my race and had tried lots different therapies which were not really helping the injury. I had 2 reiki sessions at Courtyard Natural Healing and I ran my race pain free! The Reiki itself was totally relaxing and enjoyable. Nicola makes you feel completely at ease, has a welcoming manner and is hugely knowledgeable. The treatment room is beautiful, smells lovely and has an extremely pleasant aura. My daughter put me on to Nicky at Courtyard as I was very stressed and had a shoulder muscle pain for some time that was getting worse. She thought Reiki might help me as treatment for it on the NHS was taking so long!
Nicky kindly treated me in a chair as I was unable to lie on a couch without pain, she explained everything to me in detail about how I may feel afterwards.
I’ve had 2 appointments so far and the second one has certainly helped me immensely . I can now reach up with my arm which I have not been able to without pain for months , and the pain seems to be subsiding !
I’m much calmer and not stressed out as much as I was. Thank you Nicky, I’m looking forward to my next session

“I have been having reiki and crystal healing with Nicky and it is a wonderful experience. Nicky is professional, kind and caring. She listens to your problems and reasons for attending the sessions.
The session itself is completely relaxing and calming, I feel myself drifting off to sleep at points. You can feel the warm heat from Nicky's hands and feel a rush of warmth/energy in certain parts of my body during the sessions.

I found Reiki has been a transformative experience for me. I was initially drawn to it as I was experiencing numerous symptoms of unbalance and burnout in my body, including panic attacks.
In my first Reiki session Nichola held the space wonderfully and was extremely open and understanding to my situation.
She is extremely in tune with what the body needs, with each session being different.
Before my first session, I felt anxious, stressed and untrusting in my gut. After the session, I felt renewed and rebalanced - like I could hear what my gut was telling me. I was able to find strength and clarity to have difficult conversations which in turn have transformed my life!
I am now more balanced and trust myself more than ever.
I would recommend Nichola and Reiki to anyone who is going through a very difficult time and doesn’t know where to turn, or for those who wish to find more balance in their life and body.

Recently I had the pleasure of receiving Nicky’s beautiful 90-minute Ultimate Reset session, and what a truly wonderful experience it was.
The session included Usui Holy Fire® Reiki, a deeply relaxing sound immersion with Tibetan singing bowls, soothing chimes, and carefully selected crystal placements.
From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt completely held in a space of peace, calm and genuine care.
Nicky’s gorgeous home-based healing room is set within a beautiful rural setting, creating the perfect environment to slow down, relax and simply receive. Her gentle presence and nurturing energy make you feel at ease from the very beginning.
As a sound practitioner and energy worker myself for over 26 years, I truly believe it’s so important that we make time to receive healing ourselves - not just give it. Self-care is essential, and this experience was a beautiful reminder of that.
I’m currently visiting the UK from Australia, and it’s been an absolute pleasure to collaborate with Nicky through our Luna Women’s Circles. Having now experienced her work personally, I can wholeheartedly recommend her healing sessions.
