Designed to be easily scheduled into a busy diary, this maintenance ‘Boost’ is perfect to fit into a lunchbreak, or as a restorative reset before or after work, or just before picking the kids up from school.
This focused healing session includes potent Holy Fire® Reiki which is a refined, high-frequency form of energy healing, that is both powerful and incredibly gentle. It is known for its ability to work quickly and deeply, not only relaxing the body; but actively seeking to empower individuals and promoting a sense of being "uplifted"
