Holy Fire® Reiki ‘BOOST’ Description:
This session is specifically for those who are tight on time but committed to their self-care and need to be in and out of the door within 45 minutes. Also for people who are uncomfortable sitting or lying down for too long. Designed to be easily scheduled into a busy diary, this maintenance ‘Boost’ is perfect to fit into a lunchbreak, or as a restorative reset before or after work, or just before picking the kids up from school.
This focused healing session includes potent Holy Fire® Reiki which is a refined, high-frequency form of energy healing, that is both powerful and incredibly gentle. It is known for its ability to work quickly and deeply, not only relaxing the body; but actively seeking to empower individuals and promoting a sense of being "uplifted"
