As you lay down and relax under a cosy blanket, the initial guided imagery will help your mind settle and open up. I will then enter a phase of silent channelling, allowing the powerful Holy Fire® energy to take over and flow intuitively into your entire being. This is the time for deep surrender. The energy knows exactly what you need; your only role is to simply relax and receive the healing waves of liquid light.
You may experience the sensation of floating or being immersed in the liquid light, feeling its energy wash over you, providing deep comfort and release.
