After settling in under a cosy blanket, crystals will be intuitively placed on or around your body to support your unique energetic needs. Their gentle resonance works in harmony with your energy field, helping to release tension and restore balance.

As your crystals begin their work, allow yourself to be fully immersed in the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. These healing frequencies guide you into a state of deep relaxation and pure bliss.

Next follows a full body Holy Fire® Reiki session, enveloping you in warmth and comfort, promoting healing and restoring harmony to your mind, body, and soul.
