Choose the format that fits your life

As I believe this sacred foundation deserves dedicated time, I offer two ways to complete your 17-hour Level I training in Botley, Southampton:

You may choose ‘The Saturday Series’ if you prefer to keep your Sundays free for family or rest and this also provides a week in between to practice at home, before returning the following Saturday to complete the course.

Alternatively, I offer the ‘Weekend Immersion’ for those who prefer to dive deep and complete their training in one continuous weekend.
