After booking you will receive a simple intake form. This is where you share a little about yourself, your life and your 5 most cherished dreams and desires. The more openly you share, the more powerful and personal your meditation will be.

Step 3 — Nichola Creates Your Meditation 🌸
Using everything you have shared and more, Nichola lovingly creates and personalises your completely unique meditation — inspired by the energy and truth within what you share. She then records and narrates it personally, weaving in the beautiful healing energy of Reiki as she does so — calling upon it with heartfelt intention and allowing it to work, as Reiki always does, in perfect alignment with your highest good.
