terms and conditions

1. PROMOTER
   The prize draw is organised by Courtyard Natural Healing, based in the United Kingdom.

2. ELIGIBILITY
   The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees, close family members, or anyone professionally connected with the draw are excluded.

3. HOW TO ENTER
   Entry is free. To enter, individuals must join the Courtyard Natural Healing mailing list during the relevant month. Existing subscribers are automatically included. One entry per person per month.

4. DRAW PERIOD
   The prize draw runs monthly. Entries received after the end of a month will be included in the following month’s draw.

5. PRIZE
   The prize is one free 30‑minute Reiki session, offered either in person or at distance. The prize is non‑transferable and there is no cash alternative.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
   One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the month. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 16 days of the notification, the prize will be forfeited and no alternative winner will be selected.

7. DRAW TAKING PLACE
   A prize draw will take place only where there are eligible new entries (website sign‑ups) during the relevant month. Where no new sign‑ups are received, no draw will take place.

8. DATA PROTECTION
   Personal data will be used solely for the administration of the mailing list and prize draw, in accordance with the Courtyard Natural Healing privacy policy. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

9. GENERAL
   The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw at any time. This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or any other social platform.
