Once an online, written or verbal booking has been accepted by Nichola of Courtyard Natural Healing, the client will have entered into an agreement for a Personalised Manifestation Meditation based on the following terms of service:

PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of booking, paid securely online.

INTAKE FORM

Your booking secures your creation slot. Your meditation will only begin once your completed Intake Form has been received. Please complete this as promptly as possible to avoid delays to your delivery timescale.

DELIVERY TIMESCALE

I aim to deliver your completed meditation within 7 days of receiving your completed Intake Form. This is usually the norm, though during busier periods it may occasionally take a little longer. Your meditation will be delivered to you via email.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your Personalised Manifestation Meditation at any time before your completed Intake Form has been submitted, and a full refund will be provided. Once your Intake Form has been submitted, work begins on the creation of your personalised meditation, and as payment is taken in advance to cover this time and creative work, cancellations cannot be accepted and refunds cannot be offered from this point onward.

PRICES

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, however any booking already made will always be honoured at the price paid.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

The information you share in your Intake Form is collected solely to create your personalised meditation. This information is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party. Further detail is set out in our Privacy Policy.

SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Some clients may choose to share personal thoughts, feelings or life circumstances within their Intake Form. All information shared is treated with the utmost care and confidentiality, with the exception of any information which may indicate a risk of harm to the client or another person, where I may be required by law to inform the relevant authorities.

GUARANTEES

Your Personalised Manifestation Meditation is created with love, care and the healing energy of Reiki, working always in alignment with your highest good. While many clients find meditation a powerful and uplifting daily practice, there can be no guarantee of specific outcomes or results.
