However, one of the things I have learned throughout my own healing journey and through working with clients, is that healing is rarely something that can be rushed.

Reiki is often described as working gently through the energetic layers of the body and energy field, commonly referred to as the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers.

Sometimes a person will notice positive shifts after their very first session. They may feel calmer, more relaxed, sleep better, or gain clarity around a situation that has been troubling them. For others, the healing process unfolds more gradually as deeper layers are revealed and gently explored over time.

This is one of the reasons I often describe Reiki as a warm, loving hug.
