I offer this comprehensive Level I training in two ways to respect your personal schedule. The Two-Part Saturday Course is designed specifically for those who cannot release an entire weekend, due to commitments but still wish to experience the advantages of this certified Holy Fire® training.
This is an invitation to finally focus on yourself, sharing this transformative journey with a small circle of like-minded people. Within a calming atmosphere, you can truly relax and let your ‘normal’ be transformed while you enjoy two dedicated Saturdays to fully embrace the new Holy Fire® energy but with a chance to practice at home for a week in between, before you return to complete the journey.
Course overview
This course is a thorough, dedicated two-part journey for Level I (1st Degree) Reiki. It provides the foundational skills to practice Reiki on yourself, your loved ones and others. I combine Western traditions with Japanese Reiki Techniques and the high-vibrational power of Usui / Holy Fire® energy.
who is this course for?
Beginners: Those completely new to energy work who desire a comprehensive foundation.
Existing Level I Students: Those wishing to upgrade their skills with the refined vibration of Usui / Holy Fire® and benefit from further tuition.

Authentic Lineage & History: Explore the traditional history of Usui Reiki and your direct lineage, traceable back to the founder, Mikao Usui, with training in accordance with ICRT standards.
Comprehensive Manuals: Your physical 188-page ICRT manual (covering Levels I & II) plus an optional digital revision copy.
Ocean of Holy Love Experience: A profound, guided meditative experience for deep purification and emotional healing.
Holy Fire® I Placement: A sacred meditative experience providing a deep spiritual empowerment and a pure, direct link to Source and the Holy Fire® energy.
The Prayer of Intention: Mastery of this vital spiritual practice to ensure you connect with the energy and remain a pure channel.
Practical Mastery: Hands-on training is woven throughout our time together. You will have extensive opportunities to practice traditional Japanese techniques (Gassho, Reiji-ho, Kenyoku) and Byosen Scanning, moving beyond theory into true practical confidence.
Energy Flow: A practical insight into how Reiki restores the natural flow of Life Force energy around the body.
A hands-on experience
Because we dedicate significant time to this first level, our days are woven with deep-healing meditations, the Ocean of Holy Love Experience, and intuitive exercises. This allows the Holy Fire® energy to work directly with you, providing personal healing and clarity.
Our time together includes supervised practice, grounding rituals, and integration time to ensure you leave feeling fully confident in your ability to practice Reiki on yourself and your friends and family.

Personally, I believe this sacred level I foundation deserves dedicated time. In 2015, when I first became a Reiki I student, I enjoyed a 2-day comprehensive training class myself, and I would therefore not want to offer anything less to my students.

INVESTMENT & BOOKING
TOTAL COURSE INVESTMENT: £250 (Current Foundation)
To Secure Your Space: A £50 non-refundable deposit is required.
Final Balance: The remaining £200 is due 7 days prior to the course.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. However, I understand life happens; in special circumstances, I am happy to discuss transferring your booking to a future date at my discretion. This ensures our small-group sessions remain sustainable and can proceed as planned for all students. I appreciate your respect for the integrity of our shared journey.
Joining Instructions: Once your booking is confirmed, I will send you full joining instructions including directions, preparation tips, and what to bring.
